It was totally fine at first, and I thought everything was good. Then after just a short swim, I noticed moisture inside the watch. So yeah, super calm about it, obviously, but for the price I was definitely expecting better.

"Battery change was fine, a bit slow"
Sent my watch in for a battery replacement. It works fine now. No issues there. But the updates were slow. Had to check in once myself. Price was okay too. Not a bad experience. Just not super smooth.

"Not Worth the Price for Me"
I was disappointed with this. For the price, I expected it to feel a lot nicer, but once it arrived, it just seemed really average. Shipping was fine and there were no major issues there, but after actually seeing it in person, I couldn’t help feeling like I paid too much. I’ve definitely seen similar items for less elsewhere. Maybe someone else might feel differently, but I wouldn’t buy it again. It just didn’t feel like good value, and that was a letdown.

I bought this from freestyleusa.com and the watch itself looks good, so no complaints there. But the battery life has been disappointing. I thought it would last longer, but it started dying way faster than I expected. Anyway... it’s just kind of annoying having to deal with that all the time. It’s not the worst watch ever, but I’m definitely not super happy with it.

"Alarm and timer are more annoying than they should be"
The watch looks nice, but actually using the alarm and timer has been frustrating. The alarm is way too quiet, and I’ve already missed it twice. The timer controls also feel confusing, like there are too many steps just to do something basic. For the price, I expected these everyday features to work a lot better

"Can’t deal with resetting this thing all the time"
I bought a watch from freestyleusa.com i’m already fed up with it. The time keeps drifting after just a couple days, so I’m constantly having to reset it. It looks fine, sure, but what’s the point if I can’t trust the time? For a watch, that’s literally the one job. I don’t have the patience to keep messing with it, so it’s useless to me

"Clean Packaging, Better Than Most"
The order showed up in a neat box and everything was packed well. The watch box itself looked nice too, not super fancy or anything, but better than a lot of similar stuff I’ve seen, and good enough if you’re giving it as a gift.
The only small thing was that the outer package had a little dent on one corner, but the item inside was completely fine. Overall, I was happy with how it arrived.

"Easy to set up, a little clunky in spots"
I got it set up without much trouble, which was the main thing I cared about at first. I didn’t really need any help getting started. Once I began using the site, most of it made sense, but there were a few parts that felt a bit awkward and took longer than they probably should have. Overall, the experience was fine and it works, but it would be better if some of those steps felt a little smoother.

"Order arrived, but communication was a hassle"
I did get my order in the end, so that part was fine. But after I bought it, the updates were slow and I had to keep checking on things myself. When I reached out, I got transferred around, which was annoying and made the whole thing feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Not a terrible experience, but the communication could definitely be better.

"Decent watch, but the strap wasn’t what I expected"
I ordered this from freestyleusa.com, and to be fair, the watch itself looks good. No real complaints about the overall look or feel at first glance.

That said, I felt a little misled by how adjustable the strap seemed like it would be. It does adjust, but it’s way more fiddly than I expected, and I keep having to mess with it to get the fit even close to right.

Some days it feels too tight, other times it ends up too loose, which gets annoying. Not a terrible watch, but I wish the strap was easier to deal with. I’d give it 3 stars.

"Tough to see outdoors"
The display is fine indoors, but once I’m outside in daylight it looks dim and I have to squint or tilt it around just to read the time. It’s a little frustrating because that’s kind of the whole point. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service yet since I don’t really trust they’d do much beyond giving me a generic response.

"Fast and Easy Help"
I got help really quickly and didn’t have to deal with any hassle at all, which was a relief. I was expecting it to take way longer, because usually these things turn into a whole back-and-forth situation. I actually had coffee getting cold next to me while I was waiting, but it was sorted before I even finished it. Super simple experience overall.

"Surprisingly Tough Watch"
I bought a Freestyle watch from Freestyle USA a few months back, it’s been really solid. I wear it all the time, to work, the gym, and even in the water — and somehow it still looks almost new. The band hasn’t stretched out or gotten all weird, and the buttons still have that nice click to them. I’m rough on watches, so I expected it to look beat up by now. But nope. It’s just out here surviving my chaos like it’s training for something. Anyway, yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Pretty good selection, just missing my size"
I found most of what I was looking for in stock, so that was a nice surprise. One color wasn’t available in my size, which was a little disappointing, but from how the page looked, I kind of assumed it must’ve been a popular one. Overall, ordering was straightforward and I didn’t have any real issues.
